Description:
Walker Elliott's upstream client is looking for a Help Desk Analyst Level 2. This role is responsible for providing support services (software and hardware) in person and on the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Identify root cause and solve advanced computer and hardware problems
- Prepare and deploy new hardware (tables, phones, computers)
- Install and configure software applications
- Help users with company issued mobile devices
- Team up and partner with Help Desk staff
- Use Active Directory to create, modify, and delete computer and user accounts
- Creation of software deployment packages and automate their deployment
- Work with Vendors representatives to assist with hardware/software issues
- Troubleshoot basic Citrix Virtual App related issues
- Use company’s ticketing system to track user problems and solutions
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all computer equipment.
- Work to stay in touch with leadership to provide progress report updates
Requirements:
- Some college preferred. Certifications preferred
- More than 4 years of corporate desktop support experience
- Ability to solve more complex computer issues
- Ability to identify and solve basic LAN/WAN issues
- Soft skills include: team player, customer service skills, time management, ability work under pressure.
