Description:
Working with one of the finest PE backed operators in Dallas. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Division Order Analyst to support their land administration efforts. As part of their cross-functional team, you will work closely with the Land Administration Manager and contribute to acquisitions, ownership updates, and land records management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately calculate mineral, royalty, and working interests and resolve ownership discrepancies with operators
- Maintain and update the land records database, including details on wells, tracts, units, and ownership interests
- Assist with due diligence and land evaluation processes for acquisitions
- Support the Land Administration Manager with routine tasks like lease records maintenance, division order approvals, and AFE management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience as a land analyst, division order analyst, or similar role in the oil and gas industry
- Proficiency in land leasing processes, mineral title, and regulatory standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with Quorum On-Demand Land and SQL Server is a bonus
