Description:

Walker Elliott has partnered with our client to look a dynamic Account Manager to drive sales and rentals of their industrial equipment and bolting product in Gonzales, Louisiana area. The ideal candidate will excel in developing new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets in the industrial offshore/subsea oil and gas, petrochemicals, refineries, drilling, and industrial fabrication markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to boost revenue growth
- Prospect and acquire new customers through various sales tactics
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments

REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience:

• BS/BA or related is preferred, but not required
• Experience selling industrial equipment in oil & gas markets

SKILLS

• Proven track record in industrial equipment sales or rentals
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities
• High-energy, go-getter attitude with a drive to succeed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Existing industry contacts and market knowledge

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft programs and Sales CRM software
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card if necessary
