Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, MIS, or other STEM degrees.

Certifications (CCIE or CCNP)

8+ years of experience in networking and security.
-
Deep experience with protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, DNS, SNMP, SSL VPN, IPSec, DMVPN, MPLS, HSRP, and TCP/UDP.

Skilled in VPN technologies (DMVPN, IPSec, SSL, AnyConnect, AOVPN).
-
Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki routers, wireless, firewalls, and switches.
-
Familiarity with Cisco ISE and Umbrella.
-
Working knowledge of virtualization (e.g., VMware vSphere).
-
Experience with cloud-based voice solutions.

Knowledge of SSO, MFA, IAM, RADIUS, and certificate management.
-
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and incident handling.
-
Proficient in networking and security for datacenter, virtual, and cloud environments.
-
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
