Job Detail: Supply Chain Analyst

Description:

Walker Elliott is working with upstream oil and gas company in Houston, TX and they are looking to hire Supply Chain Analyst (with upstream oil and gas experience). This role combines supply chain analysis with contract intake and maintenance responsibilities and requires close collaboration with field and corporate leaders, accounting, and administrative teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor setup, agreements, and the contract lifecycle, ensuring smooth negotiations in collaboration with legal, risk management, and administrative teams.

• Work with the internal legal team and stakeholders to manage new vendor MSAs and maintain vendor documentation.

• Track and facilitate contract renewals, including negotiating terms with vendors.

• Utilize and manage company's ISNet system, tracking vendor compliance and generating reports from contracts management and market analysis data.

• Support Supply Chain and Operations teams with financial analysis, including vendor bid consolidation and rate sheet compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Business preferred).

• 2+ years of experience in upstream oil & gas or relevant industry.

• Knowledge of MSA vendor management, spend analysis, and contracts workflow.

• Proficiency in OpenInvoice and ISNet software, with advanced MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
