Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update land records, including leases, contracts, and ownership data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Assist in preparing reports, exhibits, and maps for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Land team to manage payments, track obligations, and ensure timely execution of agreements.
• Research and analyze title documents, mineral ownership, and leasehold interests to support due diligence efforts.
• Support acquisitions and divestitures by providing detailed land-related documentation and analysis.
• Interface with third parties, including operators, partners, and regulatory agencies, as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Land Tech role, preferably in non-operated onshore oil and gas.
• BS degree
• Proficiency in land management software (e.g., Quorum, P2 Land, or similar) and mapping tools like ArcGIS or Enverus.
• Strong understanding of lease terms, title analysis, and division order practices.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
