Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate division order records and ownership calculations.

• Analyze title opinions, curative documents, and other legal contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Land, Accounting, and Legal teams to resolve ownership disputes and streamline processes.

• Lead efforts to process ownership changes, perform detailed title reviews, and support acquisitions/divestitures.

• Ensure the timely and accurate distribution of revenue and compliance with state regulations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of division order experience in upstream oil and gas.

• Expertise in title analysis, curative work, and ownership calculations.

• Familiarity with assets across Rockies, Permian, or other major basins.

• Experience with Enertia or similar land systems preferred.

• Team-oriented professional with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
