SAP Lead – Schedule to Deliver | Direct Hire | Relocation Available
Walker Elliott is partnering with a leading agricultural company to find an experienced SAP Lead - Schedule to Deliver. This is a full-time, direct hire, on-site role based in Loveland, Colorado (a suburb of Denver), with full relocation assistance available. Permanent resident or US Citizen only.
About the Role:
As the SAP Lead - Schedule to Deliver, you will take ownership of SAP solutions supporting critical business functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep SAP expertise to drive solution design, implementation, and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP solutions within the Schedule to Deliver function.
- Collaborate with functional architects and analysts to design and implement best-in-class SAP solutions that align with business objectives.
- Evaluate and determine the best approach for developing and delivering functionality, balancing cost, architecture, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure solution integrity through rigorous testing and quality assurance.
- Provide guidance to third-party vendors on SAP initiatives.
- Work closely with senior business leaders to align technology solutions with organizational strategy.
- Facilitate interactive sessions with business stakeholders, including blueprinting, validation, and testing workshops.
- Assist in prioritizing demand items within the Schedule to Deliver space.
- Lead SAP solution delivery efforts, from planning through execution.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
- 3+ years in a senior lead role, with experience managing or mentoring SAP professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP modules, including S/4HANA, TM, IM, EWM, and LE.
- Proven track record of success in SAP implementations as a Functional Lead or Lead Architect.
- Experience designing complex SAP solutions to support unique business processes.
- Strong background in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery.
