Senior SAP Functional Analyst (Forecast to Produce)

Walker Elliott has partnered with a leading agriculture client to search for a Senior SAP Functional Analyst (Forecast to Produce) with expertise in PP and QM. This is a full-time, direct-hire position requiring on-site presence 5 days per week in Loveland, CO. Full relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement SAP solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring solution integrity from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop SAP strategies aligned with operational goals.
• Develop optimal approaches for functionality delivery, considering financial, architectural, and operational factors.
• Define and document functional requirements, configuration rationale, and specifications, ensuring accurate development estimates.
• Own solution design and oversee development to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Create and execute test plans to validate solutions and ensure seamless integration.
• Provide escalation support to managed service teams and recommend resolution strategies for critical incidents.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in SAP applications/modules, including S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Production Planning (PP), and Quality Management (QM).
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning Master Data Objects, Demand Planning, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Manufacturing Execution (production/process orders, repetitive manufacturing, Kanban, procurement).
• In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) processes, including integration with inventory management and procurement workflows.
• Experience with SAP IBP integration with SAP MRP, PP, and MM modules is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP EAM (S/4HANA Plant Maintenance) and Maintenance Work Management processes is beneficial.
• SAP certification in S/4HANA Manufacturing and Quality Management is a strong asset.
• Proven ability to develop creative solutions, influence stakeholders, and drive process improvements.
• Track record of designing complex SAP solutions to support unique business needs.
• Expertise in SAP development estimation and applying best practices in solution delivery.
