UX Developer

Our client, a leader in automation, is looking for a UX Developer to craft intuitive, elegant, and high-performing user experiences. The UX Developer will help shape the future of the product interfaces. In this key role, the UX Developer will lead the direction of the UI development, champion UX best practices, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to build beautiful and user-centric applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of intuitive, responsive interfaces for our web applications.

• Work cross-functionally to translate business and user requirements into compelling interactive experiences.

• Set and maintain high standards for UI/UX development, patterns, and consistency.

• Build scalable and reusable components, primarily using Angular.

• Provide technical guidance on front-end architecture and ensure cohesive execution.

• Champion accessibility (a11y) and continuously advocate for improved usability.

• Review and refine existing interfaces to ensure a polished, high-quality user experience.

• Stay on top of emerging UX/UI trends and share your expertise with the team.

Requirements:

• More than 4 years of experience in front-end or UX development.

• Experience on UX to run on small devices, with low resources.

• Strong grasp of modern UX principles, responsive design, and usability standards.

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Hands-on experience with Angular (preferred), or similar frameworks like React or Vue.js.

• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

• Comfort with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Bonus: Experience in user research, usability testing, or data-informed design.

• Self-starter attitude with the ability to take initiative and lead UX direction.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Work situation is on site for 90 days and then flexible remote/hybrid.
