Manager, Infrastructure and Networking
Overview:
Join our growing Dallas client as the Manager of Infrastructure and Networking and lead their enterprise IT infrastructure to new heights. This pivotal role ensures the reliability, security, and scalability of their technology environment supporting corporate operations and manufacturing facilities. You'll architect strategic solutions, oversee complex projects, and cultivate a high-performing team ultimately making a tangible impact on a renowned industry leader with a long tradition of innovation.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in an IT or Computer Science discipline, or related field
- 5+ years of experience leading / managing enterprise IT infrastructure teams with a hands-on, collaborative approach
- Deep expertise with Microsoft hybrid environments (Active Directory, Azure, Entra, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with network, server, and cloud infrastructure design and support
- Strong vendor management, budgeting, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Demonstrated strategic planning and execution capabilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with hardware and tools such as Palo Alto, Cisco, SolarWinds, HPE, and Rubrik
- Experience supporting manufacturing or 24/7 operational environments
- Knowledge of IT Service Management best practices
- Certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, or ITIL are a plus
