Document Processing Analyst
About the Role
Join a modern systems team processing data / files in a structured, well-documented environment. Work alongside one other analyst with a hybrid schedule available after a training period.
What You'll Do
- Process and log incoming files
- Enter data using well-documented commands in Linux and Windows-based systems
- Print, distribute, and reconcile nightly production reports
- Back up key files and log daily production statistics
- Refine outgoing billing and EDI files
- Create and maintain client records
Tools You'll Use
- MS Excel (assessment required), MS Word, MS Outlook
- Linux and Windows tools/commands
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year in document processing with advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Speed is not the priority, must be detail-oriented and accurate
- Dependable, reliable, and able to follow documented procedures
