Job Detail: Sr. Endpoint Engineer

Description:

• Administer enterprise endpoint management tools across Windows, iOS, and Android
• Own the full device lifecycle: enrollment, provisioning, deployment, replacement, and retirement
• Maintain configuration profiles, device policies, and compliance settings aligned to IT and security standards
• Build and improve automated provisioning and deployment workflows, including modern zero-touch methods
• Manage OS and application update rollouts to keep devices healthy and compliant
• Support corporate-owned mobile devices and tablets
• Administer mobile management platforms for both corporate-owned and approved personal devices
• Troubleshoot enrollment, provisioning, compliance, sync, and policy issues
• Maintain enterprise app catalogs and self-service software offerings
• Manage device encryption and recovery processes
• Support security baseline implementation and remediation efforts
• Write PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline endpoint operations
• Report on device health, compliance, patching, encryption, and deployment metrics
• Support shared-use and kiosk devices across manufacturing, warehouse, and field environments
• Act as an escalation point for endpoint incidents and service requests
• Partner with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Service Desk teams on endpoint initiatives
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and technical runbooks
• Evaluate platform capabilities and recommend improvements for user experience and security

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years in endpoint administration, endpoint engineering, or systems administration
• 3+ years hands-on with a modern endpoint management platform such as Intune
• Experience supporting enterprise Windows and mobile device environments
• Experience supporting distributed, multi-site organizations as an escalation resource
• Familiarity with Windows 11 deployment and device lifecycle processes
• Experience with modern zero-touch deployment tooling
• Working knowledge of mobile device and application management for corporate and BYOD scenarios
• Understanding of compliance controls, configuration policies, and encryption technologies
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills
• Exposure to the Microsoft Graph API is a plus
• Experience supporting shared-device or frontline-worker scenarios
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Relevant certifications (endpoint administration, cloud administration, ITIL) a plus
