Contract-to-hire HR / Recruiting Coordinator - Houston
Walker Elliott is working on a contract-to hire HR/Recruiting Coordinator opportunity with an established company in Houston, TX. This is an onsite, Monday-Friday position supporting the HR team and recruiting efforts. This is great opportunity to join a well-established, high-performing Houston-based upstream operator with a strong reputation and a great team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews
- Assisting with new-hire onboarding
- Reviewing and screening resumes
- Working with recruiting agencies and coordinating candidate activity
- Supporting broader recruiting and HR initiatives
- Helping keep the recruiting process organized and moving efficiently
Requirements:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Prior recruiting or HR experience preferred
- Upstream oil & gas experience is a plus, but not required
